This is a classic American style Lasagna recipe that my mom has been making since before I can remember and it has always been one of my favorites. Don’t try to compare this to an authentic Italian Lasagna with béchamel sauce, but if you looking for a great and simple classic recipe that the whole family will love – this is it.
I was motivated to cook this today because one of my cousins just had her fourth child and I signed up to take a meal over. I was trying to think of what would be good for a family of 6 with lots of little ones and lasagna seemed an obvious choice. Complete this meal with a green salad and some bread and it is sure to be a hit!
